POSITION SUMMARY
The Internet Lead & Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for collecting and conducting initial responses to internet-based sales leads, email and telephonic communications with prospective and existing customers, generating appointments for vehicle sales departments, and distributing the appointments to the applicable Sales Managers according to the type of vehicle requested.  Coordinator is also responsible for the online merchandising of vehicles at the direction of the Marketing Manager including but not limited to: taking pictures/video, application of window stickers, creating vehicle comments, and uploading of information to the internet.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
  1. Respond to incoming internet sales leads within the established time frames, consistent with desired corporate procedures and use of the customer relationship management software, and in a quality manner (e.g., good grammar, spelling, professional appearance, etc).
     
  2. Using email and/or telephonic communications to answer questions regarding vehicles and set sales appointments for incoming internet leads.
     
  3. Continue correspondence of lead sourcing and follow up with customers until the appointment is set or the lead is deemed dead.
     
  4. Using email and/or telephonic communications, contact orphan owners, or other identified sales prospects with the goal of re-establishing interest and ultimately setting an appointment.
     
  5. Execute specific outbound telephone campaigns, and/or follow up on specific email campaigns with the goal of setting an appointment.
     
  6. Take pictures/videos of vehicles ready for retail sale, coordinate the application of window stickers, create vehicle comments, and upload vehicle comments and pictures through inventory management tool.
     
  7. Supports and encourages a results-driven, values-based, sales and service culture throughout the organization.
     
  8. Exercises an appropriate level of courtesy, tact, and professional communications in dealing with others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Dealership sales experience preferred
Sound written and oral communication skills
Must be able to learn/use the dealership software and programs provided.
Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

This position is performed in an office environment at a desk, within a cubicle, and outside the facility among the various vehicle display lots in various weather.
